It looks like the snow and ice is here to stay for a while.  Many people cannot get to work or are choosing to stay at home and work from their computers.

We would like to let you all know that if you have any computer support needs, that we can help you over the phone, via email or even by remote assistance.

Remote assistance means we can access your computer from our office to support you without the need for a physical visit.  If you need this service then please simply call 0844 884 2777 where we can assist you.

Should we be unable to answer your call for any reason (i.e. if we are already assisting someone else), then please leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP.

Rates for remote assistance are £15 for up to the first 10 minutes and 50 pence a minute thereafter (this works out at £40 if you were being assisted for a whole hour).
